Arrived in Montana in 1899. Minnie May Powell married John W. Corwin on February 27, 1898 in Kinross, Iowa. Wife of Park City merchant, John W. Corwin. Corwin, with his brother Dr. Frank E, developed Electric Hot Springs at Corwin Springs. John worked with Yellowstone Bank at Laurel and Columbus from 1912 to 1967. See Montana Its Story and Biography by Stout (1921). Two children, Frank P, who died when 12, and Genevieve M. who was finishing High School in 1919.
