Four children; Ralph, Emmett V. Mary T. and T. Fritz. Elected Montana Secretary of State in 1896. Candidate for Governor in 1900 - See Independent Democrats Nominate Thomas S. Hogan, Anaconda Standard, October 3, 1900, p1. State Senator Hogan ran against Frank Connelly in 1916 - See Connelly Versus Hogan in Yellowstone, Helena Independent, October 20, 1918. Built a 12 story building in Midland, Texas in 1929. He died on September 25, 1957 in Los Angeles, California and is buried in El Paso, Texas. Elected to Petroleum Museum Hall of Fame - See Former Lubbock Oil Pioneer, Avalanche Journal, June 15, 1969. |
