The Allard Stagecoach carried passengers from the Northern Pacific Railroad stop at Ravalli, Montana, to Polson on Flathead Lake, where they could connect with steamboats coming from Somers at the north end of the lake. Here the stagecoach stops at Polson's Grand View Hotel.
